Your drawing likely includes a number of objects that use an excessive amount of vector information, which is causing the file size to balloon. The more vector information a PDF contains, the larger the file size. PDFs created from AutoCAD are a vector-based graphic file. You plotted from AutoCAD to PDF, and the file size is too large.
